A house of one

Avendavi

a·vend·a·vi

A practice for finding what can be better,
then building it.

IThe Name

Vendere — to sell. Avis — bird. Run together, the two roots become Avendavi — a name that lands in two places at once. A career built in sales, and a surname, Tjäderqvist, that already carries a bird inside it: tjäder, the capercaillie, a forest grouse native to the Nordics. The bird was there before the brand was.

IIThe Person

Avendavi is one person. Every venture, every engagement, every product carries the same mind and the same standard. There is no team page because there is no distance between the brand and the person behind it.

The foundation is sales — years of cold calls, objections, and closing taught what no classroom can. How to listen past what people say to what they actually need. That gap is where real value lives, and it is the lens through which every problem gets solved.

IIIThe Approach

Most problems hide in plain sight. A workflow everyone tolerates. A product that almost works. A process that exists because nobody questioned it. Avendavi steps in where others see normal, and finds what can be better.

Consulting and product development under one roof. Client work is informed by the discipline of building real products. Ventures are shaped by the clarity that comes from solving other people’s problems first. The two sharpen each other.

What Avendavi does.

Engagements range from a single call to a built-and-shipped product. The right shape comes out of the first conversation.

I.
Sales & GTM Consulting
A career built in sales, applied to your motion. Pipeline, positioning, the gap between what people say and what they actually need. Outbound systems that hold up under pressure.
Engagement
II.
Product Strategy & Roadmap Audit
An outside eye on the product. What is working, what is theatre, what should ship next. Honest feedback grounded in having built things end-to-end.
Engagement
III.
Workflow & Operations Optimisation
Most processes exist because nobody questioned them. Find the friction, redesign the workflow, automate what should be invisible.
Engagement
IV.
AI Integration & Agentic Systems
Practical AI inside your existing operation. LLM-powered tooling, agents that handle real work, integration into the systems your team already uses.
Build
V.
Custom Build — Prototype to Product
From sketch to production. Python, React, fullstack — built by the same person who scoped it. No handoff, no translation loss.
Build
VI.
Investor & Capital Introductions
Selective introductions across Nordic family offices, funds, and long-term capital. Through Nordic Wealth Network. For growth-stage companies whose values and horizons line up.
Network
VII.
Fractional Advisor
A part-time pair of hands and a sharper eye. Embedded as needed. Calls when you need them, work between.

§ MethodThree movements

A method, not a methodology.

Decks and frameworks tend to flatter the consultant. Avendavi uses three movements, repeated until the answer is obvious.

I.

Listen.

Sales taught it first. Past what people say, to what they actually need. The first call is for understanding — not pitching, not proposing, not selling.

II.

Diagnose.

What is working, what is theatre, what is in the way. Honest reading of the situation, with the discipline of someone who has shipped real products.

III.

Build.

Strategy, prototype, or product — whatever the diagnosis calls for. One person, one standard, end-to-end. No handoffs.

The Goal

Stop traders paying full price. Prop firm discount codes are scattered across affiliate links and Discord posts, and none of them tell you whether the code you found is the best one the firm actually runs. Proprinse only lists firms where it is — one code everywhere — and pays points on the eligible ones on top of the discount.

Highlights

  • One code, RINSE, across every listed firm — a firm is only listed if that code is the best discount it runs
  • Points earned on eligible firms on top of the discount, redeemable in the rewards store
  • Firm directory covering Apex Trader Funding, E8 Markets, FundedNext, Lucid Trading, My Funded Futures, TakeProfit Trader, and Topstep
  • Trader accounts with a tools section and a scratch card playable once a day
  • Ambassador programme and a Discord club for the trader community around it
